== Sequences ==

I formatted them differently, which made me notice that the 2 currently in the list are a little "off". 80 bases doesn't seem to match well with anything. Typically, there are:

  • 5 bases for the starting tail
  • 63 bases for the design (which is now variable, up to 89 I believe)
  • 19 bases for the barcode
  • 20 bases for the ending tail

What segment(s) should we use?

My mistake in entering the sequences.  It should just be the 63 base part.  (Which is no longer constrained to be 63.)

May I offer to include http://eterna.cmu.edu/game/browse/2712696/?filter1_arg1=2736789&filter1=Id&filter1_arg2=2736789 ?

This sequence is quite special, and I think it would be very interesting to see if this is indeed reproducible.
