I formatted them differently, which made me notice that the 2 currently in the list are a little "off". 80 bases doesn't seem to match well with anything. Typically, there are:
- 5 bases for the starting tail
- 63 bases for the design (which is now variable, up to 89 I believe)
- 19 bases for the barcode
- 20 bases for the ending tail
What segment(s) should we use?

PLease feel free to add any you think are appropriate. If there is a tremendous amount of interest, we might have to start being restrictive, but I don't see that happening now.
