Switch Puzzle

A switch puzzle is a puzzle which requires the player to design a sequence that will stabilize two or three different states at the same time, with one or more states receiving a little bonus negative energy in order to help it fold. The presence of one or more glowing nucleotides indicates this energy bonus. See Switch
