Welcome To The EteRNA Wiki.

EteRNA is a game where players become citizen scientists,
working to better understand and predict the behavior of RNA.

Community

EteRNA Wiki is just like any other wiki, it will be what users want it to be. Players are invited to participate! Groups can also create a space to interact:

  • Players can Create an Account
  • Groups can see examples in the Group category.
  • Dev Chat is a biweekly chat session where players can ask the game developers questions, report problems and suggest UI improvements. Dev Chat is announced in the EteRNA News feed, and is usually held every second week 6 pm EST on a Wednesday.
  • Monthly Eterna Meeting is a live video meeting with Das lab at Stanford. The scientists talk about lab related research, and give presentations of their active projects. These meetings are held on the first Friday of each month. Like Dev Chat, this meeting is announced in the EteRNA News.
  • EteRNA University is a live class hosted by community members who teach skills and tools to contribute to research and development. It is hosted on Wednesdays at 6pm EST when there is not a Dev Chat. Curriculum is then posted to the wiki, for reference. Enjoy! :)
