A simple experirment about pentaloops, namely GCUAA is supposed to be a pentaloop with a UUCG tetraloop-like structure (see the scientific paper in the Links section), which promises additional stability. But will that be enough to hold the very short stack ?

Results
It's hard to make out, but it seems that the experiment was successful and that the stack was held in place.
